Construction Management

We believe construction management is necessary throughout all phases of construction. From design to development – we have the expertise necessary to oversee the following management types.

Agency:

• Direct representative overseeing all aspects of construction

• Provide preconstruction services, site services and general Construction Management

• Develop project schedule

• Manage contractors to function within scheduled boundaries

• Provide project estimates

• Sub contracts: held by the Owner with Geisler Construction acting as third-party manager

• Will not self-perform any construction scope

Constructor:

• Owner’s direct representative overseeing all aspects of construction

• Provide preconstruction services, site services and general Construction Management

• Develop project schedule

• Manage contractors to function within the schedule boundaries

• Provide project estimates

• Sub-contracts: held by Geisler Construction

• Will self-perform any construction scope in the best interest of the customer
